I love my knotless box braided wig. However it was the wrong color. It should have been a 1B/27 not sure the exact color I received but it was not the color ordered. I kept the wig since it took so long to get. I have made other wig purchases since but I will absolutely make sure it is the correct color before I decide to keep it this time. Even if it takes 2-3 months to send and receive it this time. Your company makes very realistic braided wigs I will give you that. So make sure you double check your wigs upon receipt.

Thank you for the purchase and feedback. As stated in our email, the color of the braids is a mixture of 1B and 27, as shown in our color swatch on the product page, which is what you ordered.
As published on the site, the processing time for our custom wigs is 4 to 6 weeks. You placed your order on 5/4, and it was shipped out to you on 6/2. Your order was fulfilled within 4 weeks.
This wig is amazing I absolutely love it and it looks amazing on me it's flawless I will be definitely purchasing another soon in a deferent color.

I received my unit very quickly it was beautiful made and smelled so good sometimes when you purchase a wig from other places they can smell like burnt rubber. .. lol :) the details on this unit is impeccable this is my 2nd purchase and will be purchasing again in the future.
