Processing and Shipping Duration
Processing (handling) time for ready-to-ship wigs is 5 business days.
Processing update (handling) time for headband wigs, ankara bonnets, wig installation products, and accessories is 5 business days.
Shipping duration is an additional duration, usually 3 to 5 business days for local US deliveries. International deliveries will be through international couriers, within reasonable shipping durations. Shipping durations are not within our control.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order placement. A full refund will be issued to your account and should post within a few business days. We cannot cancel your order after 24 hours since its processing would have commenced.
