Processing and Shipping Duration
Processing (handling) time for ready-to-ship wigs is 5 business days.
Shipping duration is an additional duration, usually 3 to 5 business days for local US deliveries. International deliveries will be through international couriers, within reasonable shipping durations. Shipping durations are not within our control.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order placement. A full refund will be issued to your account and should post within a few business days. We cannot cancel your order after 24 hours since its processing would have commenced.

First off shipping was fast. This wig is beautifully made. The hair is braided to perfection. I love the cap!! Finally a wig that doesn't bunch up in the back of my small pea sized head. If I had to find one thing I would change it would be to maybe add a comb in the back to hold it down. It was easy to install myself. Great job! I have gotten so many compliments and people did not believe it is a wig. I look forward to purchasing again soon. I would definitely recommend this wig.

I love this wig. It looks very natural. I had to use it without the baby hair as I had hoped. One side was very sparse leaving a large gap of lace. So, I blended my own. I also had to spot tint some areas on the hair side because the tint spray could not penetrate a small section of the cap. All and all, I think it turned out great! I’ll definitely order again!!
