Processing and Shipping Duration
Processing (handling) time for ready-to-ship wigs is 5 business days.
Processing update (handling) time for headband wigs, ankara bonnets, wig installation products, and accessories is 5 business days.
Shipping duration is an additional duration, usually 3 to 5 business days for local US deliveries. International deliveries will be through international couriers, within reasonable shipping durations. Shipping durations are not within our control.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges or returns.
Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order placement. A full refund will be issued to your account and should post within a few business days. We cannot cancel your order after 24 hours since its processing would have commenced.

So I would’ve taken a pic had I known. But I love my bonnet. I wear it every night and that’s saying something because I usually don’t wear bonnets because they’re usually uncomfortable and don’t fit . I got a large and I actually think I could fit the medium. That’s how much room there is. I get so many compliments when I do decide to wear it out. I have referred so many people to this site because it awesome I do plan on buying all of the designs because I LOVE it. Please y’all keep doing what y’all do and I feel the price is worth it because y’all made it worth it. At first I was like not for that price and I’m so glad I trusted my gut and got it. I’m so happy

Wearing the bonnet ovEr my 22 inch braided wig I was surprised that I didn't have a heavy feeling .I went out to the local store and I used 2 large safety pins and a large coffee filteR. To the ANKARA BONNET .USED BONNET to attach .pin. MY NOSE AND MOUTHFace mask worldwide everyone of us is trying to keep away the virus. now in all countries.

Packaging was excellent…. Unit was very well customized the only con was braids were longer than I expected. Next time I will order my unit customized for me. Definitely will need order again.

I just started wearing my new wig today and am still getting adjusted to it as it's my first braided wig. So far, I love it. It's constructed very well and has a natural look. When I first held it, it felt heavy but after I put it on it felt very comfortable. I'll probably be purchasing others from your website.

The wig itself is beautiful and constructed very well. Love the braids, the length and the color. My only issue is that the braids are itchy and seemed to irritate my skin. Not sure if it’s the type of hair being used because I’ve never had a skin reaction to wigs in the past. Other than that, the wig is pretty but not sure how long I will wear it.

Our full lace wig bases are made from virgin human hair, while the braided strands are made from premium synthetic kanekalon braiding hair. Some people experience allergic reactions to synthetic hair. We hope the information we shared with you was able to eliminate the itchiness issue.
